Comfortable room, friendly staff, with convenient amenities like a fitness center and easy access to free parking, and I truly appreciated the early check-in that allowed me to settle in before exploring the area.

We checked out a Rockies baseball game, which was unforgettable, and the Denver Zoo was a top highlight. The hotel staff were friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. It's a great base for exploring local attractions and dining options.

Had a fab time here! The kids loved the pool while I relaxed in the cozy lounge area. Just a heads up, the air conditioning was a bit loud at night, but it didn't take away from the overall good vibe. 😊

It was just an appropriate option for resting at all in Lakewood with a good price-value balance. The staff was helpful when I had questions about the amenities, which made the stay smoother.

stayed at the sheraton for 3 nights and loved the great location! it’s so close to the highway, shopping, and restaurants, which was perfect for me as i was in town for the state baseball tournament. the staff was super friendly during check-in, and the pool and fitness center were fantastic. the clean room and comfortable beds made my stay even better, and i appreciated that housekeeping checked in every morning.

Not great, not terrible

The location was solid, especially being close to the hospital. The bed was comfy, but the place felt really outdated, like a time capsule from the 80s. Also, the walls are super thin—you can hear everything, including barking dogs. The bar area was nice, but seriously, they need to fix the AC. it was hot even with it running!

The exercise facility is great, better than most gyms! The views of the city and mountains are stunning, too.

I was truly impressed with the mountain views from my room. they were breathtaking and made my mornings so peaceful. The easy access to common areas was also great, allowing me to move around with ease.

Improve staff friendliness and training.

The location near the highway and dining options is convenient. Staff were friendly, and the hotel has a clean atmosphere. However, the dining options are overpriced compared to nearby alternatives, and the lack of a microwave in the room was disappointing. Expecting a hot tub, we were misinformed about its availability and found it closed off during our stay.
